I met with seven different people and had what I perceived to be great conversations with each of them. I was certain I got the role, as I had great chemistry with the interviewers and was well prepared with thoughtful responses and extensive knowledge of the company. I went in for two rounds of interviews. The final person who interviewed me was in such a rush to get out she barely gave me the time of day. I still thought I had a great conversation with her, so when she had one foot out the door from the moment she sat down I figured it was because they knew they were offering me the position and she didn't see the need to invest much time. In retrospect, it was the total opposite. She clearly already had her mind aa made up the moment she stepped in the room before I even said hello. It took about a week to receive the generic rejection email (which I had to email them to follow-up on because I never heard back) which I thought was a bit impersonal, having met with seven different people and receiving nothing but positive feedback from each. I emailed two for honest feedback; neither responded. The lack of response really shouldn't surprise me as not one of the seven interviewers responded to my 'thank you' emails I sent post-interview. They stress the 'cultural fit' for people they look to hire, which in and of itself seems like some type of discrimination. All in all, I wish the company the best but think there are too many warning signs of inconsistency, just from what I have seen in the interview process alone.
Contacted by HR, scheduled a phone interview with a manager, invited for on-site interview with multiple team members. There were a ton of behavioral questions, had good conversations with some, while others were more question and answer. Overall, very straight-forward process.

There was a phone interview and 2 on-site interviews. I felt like I interviewed exceptionally and thought the same for the company seeing as they invited me back for the final round. I was sent a boiler plate e-mail 3 days after my last interview w/ no explanation as to why I was passed over. When I asked for feedback I was told it's not ther policy to do so. I feel very upset as I had to take days off from work for these interviews only to just get a boiler plate rejection.
