Wow, that "interview" left me speechless... I applied online. Recruiter messaged me a month later to schedule a phone call. He was five minutes late for the call (didn't apologize for being late). Right off the bat he asked me how many years of product design experience I have ( Please note, I listed my experience in the application). When I answered, he informed me that it wasn't enough, since the requirement is three or more years. Mind you I have four years of experience in the UX design filed. He suggested to check the careers page in the future in case another role appears. I have never experienced anything like that... Just a reminder to recruiters (and this particular recruiter too), make sure you read the applications thoroughly and check whether candidates match your requirements, before reaching out to them and wasting their time. Also, a note for hiring managers: please consider making years of experience a flexible criteria. Sometimes the number on the resume doesn't match actual skills and experience a candidate possesses. Overall, an extremely negative experience that made me realize that I don't even want to work at a company that claims that they "work hard and care about our most prized asset - our people.", but in reality doesn't have a basic respect for people, their time and energy.

Had six interviews spread out during several weeks. Every interviewer was nice, but the overall experience was not positive. After six interviews, I was notified through an automated email that I wasn't moving forward and was offered the option to ask for more feedback on the decision. I asked for said feedback but I received no reply, even weeks after. Seems uncourteous to demand so much time from a candidate and end things that way. Especially coming from a company that takes such pride on their core values.
