Update: The recruiter has since followed up to apologize for the delay in communication and to share feedback, exhibiting professionalism and a dedication to improving the interview process for all candidates. --------- Lots of push early to schedule interviews and complete take-home assessment quickly, positive interviews with hiring team (although they weren't on the same page about who was supposed to be asking which interview questions), then ghosted for over 2 weeks even after I reached out for update. Finally sent rejection after 3 weeks then asked for my feedback on interview process, felt like it'd be more helpful to post here.

The process was completed in four Rounds: Round 1: Interview with recruiter 2: Take home assignment 3: 1 hr interview with 2 seperate Managers 4: 1 hr interview with 2 seperate Managers
