The process included a phone screen, initial meeting with the manager, 2-3 interviews with current team members and finally a meeting with the manager's manager. There was no home assignment or anything unexpected.

Phone screen with manager, followed by in person interview with team. On site starts with more senior team members -> manager -> manager's manager and then "bar raiser" which is just manager from another team. Was offered position the next day.
