I went through 3 rounds of Zoom interviews and a phone call interview to be told that they went with someone else. Funnily enough, that's what they told my coworker who also interviewed for the same job 2 months prior. They were uninterested and seemed bored from the start. I checked weeks after and the position was still available. Total waste of time.

Started off positively. Ended up being going through rounds of interviews and an assignment only to be ghosted due to "internal changes" - unprofessional and happened twice with two roles that I applied to. JW needs to evaluate their recruitment process because I am not applying here again.
