The interview process was incredibly smooth and well-organized, making the entire experience seamless. From start to finish, I felt welcomed and supported, which contributed to a highly positive and professional experience.

You can tell a company is not good when the majority of their interviews are listed as negative. I initially had a 30 min interview that went pretty well. Received a follow-up email asking to provide times for follow-up in-person interviews. I sent out my availability and was sent a message with 4 interviews set on the same day, back to back. Thought of it as a little odd but went along with it...the day before the interviews I received an email from the company stated that they had filled the position and that my interviews would be canceled. I was utterly disgusted by the audacity of them to think that this was professional. I don't know if it's the start-up company mentality but it was completely rude! People have things to take care of and they have a complete lack of respect for people who are interviewing with them, as you can clearly see by other reviews left about their interview process. Had a friend who was going to apply for them and I told them "don't even bother, they waste your time." They need to be more organized and learn how to have respect for the people who are interviewing with them, or they're just going to end up as another failed company in the future. I would recommend they work on their company representation because they are giving themselves a bad look.

Name a time when you had a coworker you disagreed with. How did you handle that situation?

Initially, I had a phone screening with a hiring manager. The conversation was very pleasant with light questions pertaining to my experience. "Why I wanted to work at Justworks" was a focal point of the conversation.
This was followed by scheduling a 2.5 hour, 5 person virtual video interview for the following week. While this wasn't a particularly difficult interview, it was lengthy (no bathroom breaks) and felt like an endurance test. Questions ranged from personal interests to standard customer service questions. All interviewers were very kind and left room at the end for questions.
Honestly, I thought the process went very well and I had great rapport with every member of the team I spoke to. I was incredibly excited about the company's mission & wanted to join the team. I received a rejection letter a few days after. It probably wouldn't have bummed me out so much if I hadn't seen the position re-posted on a job board a few days later.
