Do not waste your time interviewing here. 6 interviews over a 3 month period, 2 recruiters (one left the company during the interview process), all to be ghosted. They say they "don't do interviews they have conversations", but 1 interviewer didn't even bother to ask for my name and began the interview with "tell me about a time you made a mistake at work", which just set an unfortunate tone for the rest of the interview. With so many interviews you'd think I was interviewing for the role of a CEO, but it was a assistant position. I had to proactively reach out the recruiter for any updates.
