Three rounds of Interviews. The first interview started off as a phone screening with the HR Generalist. Then I moved on to my first face to face interview with the Director of Virtual Service. Then I got a phone call asking me if I accepted the offer . The overall process was about two weeks. You also have to take a Talent exam to see what skills you possess, and personal attributes you have to see what roles you may be good at in the future.
