4 step process which consists of: 1) Briefly talking to a talent acquisition specialist about your experiences, skills and background. 2) Practical assessment based on the role you apply. 3) Once your practical assessment is reviewed and they are happy with your results then a 1hour discussion with team/department lead is scheduled where they more or less ask technical and role-based questions to see your level of expertise and critical thinking. 4) If the team/department lead gives the green light you then proceed to the final stage of the interview process where you talk to senior/manager/HR where you are once again saying why you want to work for them and also answering role-based questions. Once this step is done you then expect offer/denial within a week or so.

Very smooth process. 1st Interview with talent team, followed by the technical interview, with questions and case scenarios from the role, and last round with the hiring manager, great conversation to evaluate cultural fit and details about the role. Great people, interviewers were very professional and relaxed. Great support from the recruiter that was with my application.
