after submitting the CV they contacted me to schedule an interview with somebody from outside the country , with limitted time options. the meeting was established and the interview consisted in a discussion, not structured, with questions about the market, general characteristics and personal opinions about the perspectives of the actors performing in the specific field of interest.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Kearney (Hyderabad) nel mese di dic 2025

1 round - very poorly managed and communicated. Due to this I missed other interview. Asked me case study, the partner dint make the interview process smooth, runs late for about 2 hours

Some highly difficult case study on Insurance diverging to Healthcare industry. The partner already had in mind some other candidate. Utter waste of time
I had Multiple interviews from Personal Fit and several Case interviews (final interview with partner). Interviews were remote and time was flexible. Had to the chance to get to know company “coffee call” before initiating interview process
There were 2 rounds of case interviews, after which I got the offer. First one was with partner, second with manager. Was quite straightforward and short (10-15 minutes each). Overall a good experience
