The process included CV screen followed by 3 rounds of interviews. First round was a case interview and GMAT- like test. Second round 3 case interviews (1h each) and personal fit interview. Upon passing I had an informal 3rd round, which included chatting with the Partner, and did not include any cases.

Questions centered around Profitability of a business, cost-benefit analysis and some brain teasers. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it did include a LOT of math.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
