Colloquio
1st round: It took place on campus, including one case interview and one behavioral interview, each for 45 mins.
2nd round: 2 behavioral interviews with partners, one written case interview in which a real written case is given to analyze and then do a presentation to 3 interviewers.

Very traditional consulting questions. Nothing special. People are very nice and down to earth.
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.

The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is

1st round (1st and 2nd interview) - Behavioral + Case each, 60 mins each with ~20 mins case and ~40 mins case
2nd round - 1 hr Behavioral and 1 hr case (got over in much less time)
