Following an online application I was invited to first round interviews in the office. It was two one-hour interviews back to back with different consultants. Half of the interview was competency based questions, the other half was a case study. My first case was a client looking to satisfy shareholders and increasing revenue growth, the second was a client looking to acquire a company that produced related products. There was not much maths involved. The competency questions were standard enough. The people were really friendly and put me completely at ease, I actually enjoyed the process.
