Everything is same as in other consultancies. GMAT-like test and a series of interviews with business cases (more or less typical, not really difficult) and fit-questions (mainly trying to understand why you choose A.T. Kearney). I had three rounds of interview, with Associate, Manager and Partner.

Straightforward case interviews across 3 rounds. Half the time is spent on behaviourals and the other half is the case. Culture is very important to them and it's one of the things I loved most about working there

Intense but good, very holistic and inclusive. They really wanted to get to know me and who I was as a person. It was 5 rounds and all with different people working at the firm. It was a great experience and very interactive
