Two-step process: first with 2 consultants, then with 2 partners. Part of the interview is dedicated to fit questions (past experiences, strenghs and weaknesses, drive, etc). The interview also includes a business case analysis.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
