There are 3 stages within the process. The first one is a short GMAT test (around 10 questions) and an open-ended question. The second one is a group assessment where your group (4 people max.) is assigned a business case. You’re given around 50 minutes to solve it. Once finished, you’re given 10 minutes to present it to random Kearney consultants and 5 minutes for them to ask you questions regarding the case. If you successfully pass to the next stage, you’re scheduled an interview with one of the associates or senior consultants and then you’re given the final result.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
