Die Gespräche verliefen genau so wie erwartet und vorher beschrieben und waren grundsätzlich von einer enorm angenehmen Arbeitsatmosphäre geprägt. Die einzelnen Schritte waren folgende:
1) Unternehmensvorstellung im Frage-Antwort-Stil in sehr lockerer Atmosphäre
2) 3 einstündige Interviews --- sowohl personal fit als auch case
3) Mittagspause --> anschließend Entscheidung, ob es am Nachmittag weitergeht
4) Englische Präsentation (selbst vorbereitet)
5) Abschließendes Gespräch mit Head of HR

Colloquio
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
