Initial phone screen with a recruiter - pretty simple just be ready to answer why you want to work at ATK, etc. Second round was in-person - two fit interviews and one case interview. Make sure to be yourself in the fit interviews and give a thoughtful solution for the case interview. The final round was also in-person - same format as the second round.
