First Round was 1 relatively simple case a behavioral interview. Case had some quantitative aspects but was not too heavy. Last round was 2 cases, which were random and a partner behavioral. All were relatively informal and not too difficult.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
