I applied online and submitted CV and cover letter. I was contacted to explain why I wanted to apply for this location. I had then a number of interview (skype, video conference and in person). Unfortunately there was a visa issue for my first choice location and my application was then transferred to another office. I had more interviews and in the end I was rejected. Without giving too much information here I had the chance to be part of the application process of two offices. The first office was excellent and I received constant feedback and was constantly aware of the stage of my application. The second office was the opposite. I hardly received any email confirmation, scheduling of the interviews was unprofessional and messy and the HR department is poorly organized. Although I was disappointed when I finally received and email with "Unfortunately, ..." I am happy that this office made the decision for me easier because actually you don't want to work there anyway.

Colloquio
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
