It was a first round interview consisting of 2 interviews with consultants. Basic consulting interviews. Briefs questions about CV, followed by a case study and Q&A session. The interviewers told me that I will have a feedback in a couple of days but never got one till I asked for it few weeks later.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
