The interview process lasted 3 rounds, with 2 interviews in round 1 and 2 in round 2. The last interview was with one of the senior partners. The paid a lot of attention to how you dealt with and deal with difficult situations, and really tested how well you know yourself.

Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
