The interview process was respectful and insightful, with a first phone call interview, a home assignment, and an interview with the team leader. Then a meeting with HR and an offering, with a place for negotiation.

Tell me about a situation that you had with a coworker or your manager, that you both didn't agree and you needed to handle this.
HR, team lead (who was the COO) , Home Assignment, presenting the assignment, group/ team dynamics. The process was clear and nice, we didn't continue as I was more interested in the Product aspects of the role which didn't fit their vision and that was fine!

Analyzing an Excel sheet with data and creating relevant insights
The interview was a two step process. The first was being asked behavioral questions, whereas the second was doing a hands on "homework" assignment. The assignment was to look through an excel sheet and make inferences as well as making social media posters.
