There were 2 rounds, the first being a short HR round and then a one-hour-long technical interview.
They answered in a week. It was really fast. Maybe 2 weeks process altogether.

There weren't any real questions. We were just casually talking for an hour about coding. No real-time coding exercise, no exam-like questions, just casual talking about programming concepts and my experience and their mentality. It was awesome! The BEST interview I've had in my life.
Interview was a 1 step process. It was a video interview going over my experience as a developer and very basic conversation. Not very technical at all; It was a personality fit test mainly

It was an excellent experience, mainly a conversation about values, workflow, and technology, in the first round more about values, and the second more in-depth technical conversation. Both rounds were really joyful and fun, I really appreciated that they tried to make it a smooth experience.
