Initial phone screening with HR, followed by a project assignment, followed by a meeting with hiring manager, followed by a panel of 4. The process moved quickly and the recruiter was great to work with. The role was put on a hold due to recent funding so I was kept warm for nearly 2 months. Seems like they are doing well but experiencing growing pains. Not really fair to ask candidates for that much time and not be ready to make an offer. Recruiter was transparent throughout the waiting period but it was far from an ideal scenario.
