HR screening call, followed by video call with line manager. They try very hard (whilst you're still in the race), by the ultimate feedback was 'not enough experience' which is so lame. It either means they've not read my CV and wasted everyone's time interviewing me in the first place, or a 30 min interview slot isn't long enough to establish someone's experience. Or third option, it would not be politically correct to give the real reason. They might as well give no feedback. After a week of being ignored by HR (having been treated like a VIP initially) I'd already drawn my own conclusions...
