I was invited to an interview very quickly, within a day or 2 after applying. HR screener was very nice and professional. Put through to second round and it was very basic questioning, typical STAR format. I was later rejected and told they wanted someone with more experience.

Very efficient, had some great talks with the interviewers. Felt all the questions pertained to the importance of the job. Interviewers were very kind, felt like a conversation as opposed to an intimidating interview.

It was straight forward with questions that were specific to the role and responsibilities. Explain your background, why Kohl's, experience with reporting, etc. No questions were too challenging as long as you have the right experience!

the interview process took some time three rounds and I spoke with different heads of marketing, they were all really nice. there was about a 2 week interval between interviews, and then it may have been a month before hearing from them for final decisions.
