The hiring process was handled mostly online. Once you complete the application and hear back from the corporate headquarters, there is a brief interview at the store but it is more of a clarification and introduction than an actual interview. There is a drug test and consent to a background check done on site, and bringing ID documents and your Social Security card will speed up the process.
