I had 2 rounds of interview, and was asked about past experiences and industry insights. The HR and supervisor were nice and professional. It was not easy, I need to went through my past internship experiences all over and prepare for the possible questions. But I got the internshio anyway.

1st Round: Behavioral screening with the recruiter. Very simple and straightforward, pretty casual.
2nd Round: 75-minute group case study with 4-6 other applicants. Worked with the group to develop a marketing campaign and presented our recommendations to a panel of 3 L'Oréal professionals.
