The interview process included 4 stages: 1. Half an hour phone call with an HR rep; basic information and introduction. 2. Take home test assessment; implement some Reactjs functionalities with vanilla Javascript. 3. Interview with 3 of the frontend developer leads to solve a problem in Javascript. 4. Interview with HR to answer cultural questions. The process was smooth and transparent. It took me 10 days to complete all 4 stages and the take-home assessment was challenging and fun to do, which I learned a lot from it. All the people I talked to were friendly and the interviews felt more like a friendly conversation. In the technical interview they asked me about design problems and how would I approach solving them. They wanted me to talk about my experience in code review and if I have experience with pair programming. After the questions they wanted me to guide one of them to write the code for the given problem. Overall it was fun, challenging, and educating.
