Decided to apply since the job aligned with what I wanted to do. The first call, which I assumed would be an hr phone screen, was just a call to make an on site appointment for the first interview. After asking what the salary range was they told me there wasn’t one. Also no work from home, now or in the future. Both of these things seemed very archaic to me in today’s day and age.
