I interviewed at LO in Dec 2025. The overall interview process took four weeks over the Christmas break. The recruiter and interviewers were all thoughtful during the process, which made me feel considered. They didn't ask too many domain-specific questions related to my ML background, but there was a paper discussion and a statistics-focused round. After all the interviews, the recruiter contacted me the next day, as I had received offers and needed to make a decision. The HR team was very responsive, which was definitely a plus.

The interview process is as follows: * HR Chat * Coding round focused on data structures & algorithms. * Research Paper Discussion * ML Questions * Whiteboard coding * A small coding project within 3.5 hours. * Hiring manager The interviewers gave a good impression that they are genuine colleagues you'd like to work with.
