They gave an assessment who took me 1 week to do. Write 5 articles with their SAAS, do a troubleshooting with three jira tickets, and answer to a question. It was intense and they don't pay for it. I had an interview after I submitted it and I got rejected even if the hiring manager admitted she got impressed by it.
