Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LinkedIn (Dublino, Dublino) nel mese di feb 2012
Colloquio
Even the most stressful part of the job (the interview) was a fantastic experience. I was recommended by a friend and from that moment on, it was amazing. I met with one of the top management, and as soon as he asked HR to contact me, then it was no longer stressful at all. Sarah (HR rep who interviewed me) was the most professional recruiter I dealt with in a long time. Always keeping me informed of the status of the process, calling me with feedback or emailing me with preparation tips prior interviews.

I guess it was the "test" part. It wasn't unexpected nor difficult but it was a little stressful to do a research there and then in front of two people that are watching you work.
The interview process consisted of three stages: two one-on-one interviews and a presentation.
Overall, I found the interview to be straightforward, but I felt that I was rejected for trivial reasons. After this experience, I'm not sure I would want to work for LinkedIn at all. They also changed the role from perm to FTC.

Tell me about time in how you would manage end of quarter priorities.

Questions and Case study with a personality test and review with senior stakeholder. Relatively standard process, but didn't pass the first HR interview so do not know the remainder of the process

Why Linkedin? What do you like about the intersection between social media and business?
Found the application online and applied. Went through two rounds of interviews, asked to review a case study and present back to a board of team members. The whole process was virtual.
