The Worst Interview Experience I've Ever Had I've been in tech for 8 years and this was by far the worst experience I've had at any company (counting Google, Apple, and Facebook). I was given freeform answers that were not freeform (ie. a response to one of my questions: "Your answer is not wrong it's just not what I was looking for"). The recruiter was rude and offered snide comments after each answer. When I tried to offer feedback about how some of the questions were hard to respond to without proper guidance, he replied defensively, "I've asked this question to other candidates and they could answer it." I felt extremely discouraged and would reconsider interviewing with LinkedIn again.
