Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LinkedIn (Dublino, Dublino) nel mese di ott 2015
Colloquio
First round was a 30 minutes pre-interview call with a recruiter (who was also part of the current BLP). Very classical questions about my experience, how they could relate to the program (sales, leadership related) and my passions. Prepare why you want to work in sales and why a graduate program. She told me at the end of call that she would move me to the next stage that was a onsite recruiting day with the other candidates. Unfortunately was not able to come to Dublin and she was kind enough to arrange the several interviews through Blue Jeans (like Skype).
Before taking part in the panel interviews I had a quick call to check I was truly a French native speaker, nothing to worry about.
Second round was the "onsite" recruiting day. I had 3 30 minutes long interviews scheduled about:
- Sales experience and skills: classical questions about sales experience and motivation.
- Analytical skills: I had a case about sales, some easy calculation to find the sales revenue and objectives and then how we could do to meet the objectives.
- Corporate culture: quite informal chat about Linkedin's culture and how I could fit in.
And a 1 hour written Language assessment: I had to write an email to a potential lead to ask for a meeting (both in English and French).
Last stage was a reference check, I had to give 2 people's contacts (manager, colleague, teacher...).
Finally, the campus recruitment partner called me to tell me I made it and tell me about the offer details: salary, benefits, bonus...
Overall:
- Prepare behavioral questions: a time you led a group/had to manage a difficult situation/you succeed/ you failed/you took a risk...
- Why do you want to work in sales?
- Know the company's values and always try to relate to it in your experiences
- Use the STAR format
- Don't hesitate to ask you recruiter for advice and feedback before the recruitment day.
Overall very pleasant assessment process; made it past assessment center process where we were divided in teams and had to prepare a case - it seemed that we were assessed more on how much we know about LinkedIn, presentation skills and team work rather than the content itself of the case solution.

Talk about a time when you felt challenged by authority?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LinkedIn (Dublin, CA) nel mese di gen 2022
Colloquio
There were 4 different interviews.
1. Behavior interview with a recruiter.
2-3. Behavior interview with a manager and a current BLP associate.
4. Group case with other candidates.
Then after a couple of weeks, you get the call. During the process, the follow-ups and the guidance for the following interviews were really clear and helpful. The recruiter was willing to answer any question with a lot of detail.
