Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LinkedIn (New York, NY) nel mese di mag 2015
Colloquio
The interview process was long and extensive - as forewarned. I met over a dozen people on the team over the course of several interviews which included some travel. Travel was attempted to be handled internally on behalf but was more frustrating and stressful than a help in the process.
I was invited to the final round of interviews and felt that I hit every benchmark put before me during the process. I was later told they wanted to go a different direction and find a candidate from Google or Facebook. Based on my research, that would be a tall order since LinkedIn does not offer much more in the way of benefits and does not pay nearly as well as either company. I'm not sure why anyone would want to leave Google or Facebook to work at LinkedIn - there's no upside.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Many of the questions centered on my management philosophy, how would I bring value to the team/company as well as in-depth discussions on how I have handled situations in the past with team members, meeting sales goals, etc.
