The interview process is standard—around 5–6 steps: HR, VP of Product, a take-home assignment, on-site presentation, VP of HR, and founders. All of them are in the office.
In the end, I was rejected because my experience wasn’t the best fit. That’s fair. The problem is that this could have been spotted much earlier, probably after the first or second interview. Instead, I went through the whole process and spent a lot of time for nothing.
Suggestion: Try to filter for fit earlier on—it would save both the company and candidates a lot of time.

Interview process was overall pleasant. Hiring manager was very nice and communication was good. The interviews themselves weren't that professional, and specifically the Product Sense question felt not mature enough.
