First I did an interview with HR. Afterwards, I was emailed a technical task and given a week to finish it. After the technical task, I had a technical interview with a senior engineer there, we mostly discussed the task, he asked me a couple of algorithms questions and a design question. The third interview was with the VP of Engineering, it was mostly a general discussion not questions, with a couple of design questions related to problems they're trying to solve. The fourth and final interview was with the CTO. It didn't really contain any questions, it was more of a chit chat. The good part: everyone I met there was incredibly nice. The office is really cool and the people working there seem to be happy. The bad part: - The four interviews were spread over two months. HR would disappear for weeks and weeks and then suddenly appear and expect you to be available within two days for an interview. - In the last interview, the CTO apologized a lot for the delay and he said that they usually group the interviews and don't bring people four times. And he promised that they will give me feedback quickly this time, however, that was almost 3 months ago, I never got an official rejection from them which is very frustrating considering the time I wasted on this process. Instead, a friend who works there told me informally that I have been rejected.
