The atmosphere was relaxing. The interviewers were nice and easy-going and explained everything patiently. They would introduce themselves and the detailed information first. Then asked you to introduce yourself and some job-related questions.

Kurze Selbstvorstellung mit Name, aktuellem Studiengang, Semester und Motivation. Interesse an Lufthansa, Fragen zur Unternehmenskultur, Teamstruktur, digitalen Tools. Fachliche Fragen zum Bereich Revenue Management. Vorstellung konkreter Aufgaben und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Praktikum.
Got rejected without feedback. Passed all digital assessment and came in the top 3, still rejected without feedback after a did a very short,general interview. Left confused. It is what it is.
