I applied online, HR called me after two days, phone interview. Then i went to the office and i was sitting in front of computer for two or three hours answearing questions about myself (personality test) but also solving easier mathematical problems. There was also english test (not easy) and typical IQ test. After all that face to face part of the interview with two members of HR. Most irritating for me was how many times they asked me same question about stress, apparently it's a some of the tricks they use to drive you crazy. That's all folks!

I think the most important question on the interview was - they gave you situation with a customer whose flight is canceled, but he must arrive to that specific day in that other country,
