1st interview was with CEO. 2nd with BRD/SE Manager. Final interview with Sales and Marketing teams.
NEW CEO seems really genuine. Marketing department seems sales focused which I considered a plus.
I have previous SaaS experience and channel sales with a major CRM company HQ in CA (who competes with this company).
I didn’t get the warmest response when I tried to understand how this company differentiates themselves in such a competitive space. This prob hurt my chances of an offer but at the same time I wasn’t the best fit for this company if they are not in favor of a sales guy pressing them to sell me on why they are positioned for future success.
I’m rooting for this company bc HQ is in Milwaukee
