Process was long with voice note, assessments, and an interview, then told me they wouldn't continue with application. They didn't explain just an automated email. I was upset that i had a lot of time taken just to be rejected without explanation.

The interviewer seemed nice and was really helpful. I thought I did well until received an email saying they won't be moving forward because of "communication issues". This is something I found weird considering I'm a native speaker. I think they just don't like Africans. They should do everyone a service by emphasizing that they don't hire outside the Philippines instead of wasting our time.

It starts with a series of tests to gauge your basic abilities that are relevant to the role. Once you pass the tests, you will get an initial interview with HR.
If you pass, you are then endorsed to their 3-day training program.
