Short interview, no fuzz, fully in English. It was very easy to schedule, since they have an automated calendar you can use to pick a slot. I kept getting emails to schedule an initial interview again, after getting approved and sent for training.

The interview was pretty brief, and everything seemed fine. However, the feedback I received was that my communication skills weren’t what they were looking for — which seemed odd to me, considering I’m a native English speaker. I had seen some reviews online, and I suppose Africans might be better off applying elsewhere. It saves time and energy.

The interviewer was very friendly. I was throttled by then, however he always helps me out so I can explain my side very well. He didn't judge you the way you talk. What matters to him is howe you answer the questions very well
