First initial phone screening then one light technical interview with 2 panelists without code only questions and one girl from HR. Overall the style was good and the questions were on point I would qualify the interview as
easy if you know the technology, After that I received a take home task, I would strongly suggest the team to give feedback even if you don't get the position as you spend precious time doing the assesment (5-10 hours).

It is usually two to three different interviews. The first one is to know you, your prior experience, and why you would be a good fit for the company. The second one is usually a live coding session where they either ask you to fix a bug or to create a function with specific requirements. They can also give you a take-home project, which is usually to code the John Conway's Game of Life in Ruby or the language you are applying to.

A lot of technical tests and a very bureaucratic process, it takes too long, I didn't like it at all, they make you do a lot of things and at the end, they offer you a very low salary
