I was invited to an in store interview and was asked the general interview questions. The interview went well and the interviewer made me feel at ease. I was working at House of Fraser in Croydon and Mango was a concession in House of Fraser so I was familiar with it and had seen the workers here and there.

Colloquio
First round is CV screening, if you have a fashion background in work experience or studies then you might be selected for round 2. Round 2 is group interview. I had group of 8. Then round 3 is personal interview with the store manager. They call you in a week if you're successful. I got the call in 4 days.
The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.

What does excellent customer service mean to you?
It was straightforward and she told me about the role. I told her about my experience and she was kind. I really had a good experience with the manager. I’m excited to start my new job.
