I had a great initial conversation with HR - very friendly and smooth. The technical assessment consisted of two front-end tasks and two back-end tasks. The front-end challenges were approachable and aligned well with a senior role, while the back-end tasks proved to be more complex than I anticipated. Overall, though, the assignment was well-balanced and thoughtfully designed.
