After seeing a sign at my preferred store; and then applying online via their hiring protocol and then a phone call with the hiring manager, I met the hiring manager at the most private dining table in the restaurant 3 days later.

Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.
Tested on knowledge of my cooking and baking.
