Very torough and case interview based. It was conducted for over a month and every step is eliminatory. You need to prepare well in advance and expect the unexpected, as you will be challenged a lot.

Ok, not a bad interview. Nice people. The culture of McDonald’s seems pretty interesting, but ultimately not my cup of tea. We talked at length about experience, the company image seemed to focus on their overall fame as Maccas and not much else when it comes to internal work styles.
