Pretty quick. Asked how I would welcome a customer and take their order. Asked how I was doing in school. If I can deal with tense situations. Asked if I was 16 (You HAVE to be at least 16). Just sound very polite and confident. Speak with a deep tone and make direct eye contact. My interviewer was amazed. Be really available, they need people to cover hours.
